Matt Knoll has been at Baylor for 20 years. Knoll has led the Bears to 13 Big 12 regular season titles, 8 Big 12 tournament championship titles, 1 NCAA team championship and 1 ITA Indoor championship. Knoll has also coached 2 Bears to become NCAA singles champions, 2 ITA Players of the Year and 16 All-Americans.

Team Notes 

The Baylor Bears have a fluid lineup headed up by sophomore powerhouse, Juan Benitez. They started the season ranked #22 but have climbed as high as #3- knocking UVA out of the top 3. The Baylor Bears started out their season with a bang and won their first 7 matches. A few of their most notable wins this season include: 2 wins against current #10 Texas A&M, #6 USC and #7 Texas.

The Bears ended their season this week with a loss to Texas Tech. Ironically, they will face Tech in the first round of the Big 12 Championships on Thursday, April 27.
