Note: Beat friend and former USC Trojan teammate, Robert Farah, 6-3, 6-3 in the finals.

First ATP Main Draw Win:

2012 BB&T Atlanta Open
When: July 2012
Where: Atlanta, Georgia
Note: First event of the US Open Series. Defeated Donald Young for his first win in an ATP Main Draw match.

First ATP Title:

Aegon International
When: June 2016
Where: Nottingham, Great Britain
Note: 7-6(5), 7-5 over Pablo Cuevas

First Broke Into Top 100

Steve Johnson graced the top 100 for about a month in June-July 2013 but he didn't solidify his place amongst the Top 100 until April of 2014.

First Earned #1 American Ranking

Two years after breaking into the Top 100, Johnson earned the title of the #1 American Tennis player on August 23, 2016. He was ranked #23 on the ATP Rankings and ended John Isner's 3 year stint as the top American player.
